Copyright Terms and Conditions:
All photographs taken by C&L Photography LLC are the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected under United States Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code). Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, C&L Photography LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images created.

By hiring C&L Photography LLC, the client agrees and understands that:

The photographer reserves the right to use any image(s) from the session for portfolio display, website content, social media, marketing materials, advertising, competition entry, and professional promotion.
Clients may receive limited usage rights as outlined in their contract or invoice (e.g., personal use or printing), but these rights do not include ownership or permission to sell, alter, or reproduce images commercially.
If a client wishes to restrict image usage for any reason (e.g., privacy or corporate confidentiality), such restrictions must be agreed upon in writing prior to the session and may be subject to an additional fee.
